PES Series Electric Torque Wrenches

Electric torque wrenches based on a planetary gearbox are designed for particularly severe operating conditions during industrial installation or disassembly of threaded connections.

  • The planetary gearbox is made of high-strength alloy steel, this unit is tested at loads twice the permissible ones.
  • The brushless synchronous motor provides cost-effectiveness (due to the minimum probability of failure) and flexibility of operation.
  • The servo motor (PANASONIC, Japan) has low noise, high precision and continuous smooth torque. It can be paired with a controller, which is additionally equipped with an intelligent configuration system (running on Windows OS).
  • Adjustment of the tightening of threaded connections is performed both by setting the torque and by the angle of rotation, the number of turns of the nut, and also the tightening time is fixed.
  • Data recording system. The output of the work results can be saved electronically or printed.
  • The accuracy of the torque output is ± 2°, the repeatability of the torque at one set parameter is ± 1°.
  • The presence of a rotation reverse (right/left) no change in torque output.
  • Connection to the digital control sensor allows the operator to reprogram the instrument.
  • Optional: wireless data transmission via Bluetooth or via USB Type-C connector, for tracking results and recording data (personal computer, laptop, removable media, etc.).

We produce torque wrenches that differ in characteristics from those provided in the table, according to the technical specification. The safety margin of planetary ruductors of the entire range of keys is 25%. On request, the tools can be programmed with different torque limits from the standard ones listed in the technical specifications table.
